1. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and order in the Sentio Gear online store at sentiogear.com.
2. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. No additional import duties or customs fees apply to deliveries within the EU. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered, processed over a secure, encrypted connection.
3. Ordering and contract
The purchase agreement is concluded once you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment in full.
4. Delivery
We ship to Ireland. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually delivered within 10 to 14 business days. See the Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Withdrawal and returns
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal plus an extended return window of up to 30 days after delivery. See the Return & Refund Policy for the procedure.
6. Warranty
All products come with a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, in addition to the statutory conformity rights you have as a consumer.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to support@sentiogear.com. We respond within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. As an EU consumer you may also use the European ODR platform.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements with us, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
