Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders delivered to Ireland, with no minimum spend. All prices in our store include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there are no additional import duties or customs fees.
We process and ship orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery time
- Order cut-off: Orders placed before 15:00 CET/CEST, Amsterdam time, on business days start processing the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: 5 to 7 business days after processing.
Total delivery time: approximately 6 to 10 business days from order placement to arrival at your door.
Orders ship directly from our partner warehouse. Actual times may vary slightly depending on your address in Ireland.
Track your order
As soon as your order ships, you automatically receive an email with a track and trace link. You can also track your order here at any time.
Delayed or lost parcels
Is your parcel delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or does the tracking show no movement? Contact us at support@sentiogear.com and we will investigate immediately. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
