You can track your shipment at any time via our tracking page. As soon as your order ships, you automatically receive an email with your track & trace link.
We process orders within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 business days after processing — roughly 6–10 business days in total from order to arrival.
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on business days start processing the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends or public holidays start the next business day.
Shipping is free on all orders delivered to Ireland — with no minimum spend. All prices include VAT, and for deliveries within the EU there are no additional import duties or customs fees. Read more in our shipping policy.
We currently ship to Ireland. Orders ship directly from our partner warehouse.
Yes. Right after your purchase you receive an order confirmation email with all the details. Once your parcel ships, you receive a second email with your tracking number.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address. Contact us or email support@sentiogear.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
Once the order has shipped, address changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
Cancellation is possible as long as your order hasn't been processed and shipped. Email support@sentiogear.com right away with your order number.
Already shipped? Then simply follow our return procedure instead.
Email us at support@sentiogear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period — cancel without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. On top of that, we offer an extended return window of up to 30 days after delivery.
All items sold on sentiogear.com are eligible — there are no non-returnable categories. Items must be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Email support@sentiogear.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you want to return
- (Optional) the reason for your return
We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions.
The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item — in that case we cover the return costs in full.
You'll receive the return address once we've approved your request. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. Read more in our return & refund policy.
Once we receive your return (or you provide proof of shipment), we refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
Yes. Email support@sentiogear.com within 30 days of delivery and let us know what you'd like instead. We process exchanges as a return + new order: once your original item is on its way back to us, we send out the replacement.
Any price difference is refunded or invoiced separately. Return shipping for a preference-based exchange is borne by you; if the exchange is because the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
Received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item? Email a photo to support@sentiogear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short description. We'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

All payments are processed securely at checkout. The exact options shown may vary slightly depending on your device and browser.
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted SSL connection and meet the PCI-DSS standard. We never see or store your full card details.

- Clear your browser cache or use incognito mode
- Contact your bank — they may be blocking the transaction

Codes are case-sensitive — copy and paste rather than type. Common causes:
- The code has expired or has already been used
- It can't be combined with a running promotion
- The minimum order value hasn't been reached

Orders delivered to Ireland are charged in euros (EUR), and all prices in our store include VAT. If your card is held in another currency, your bank converts the amount automatically.
Every product page has a size chart. We recommend measuring an item that already fits you well and comparing the measurements with our chart.
Material and care details are listed on each product page. General tips:
- Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle
- Turn the item inside out before washing
- Air dry — avoid the tumble dryer and bleach

Our stock is updated in real time. If a size or colour is shown on the product page, it's available. Greyed-out sizes are sold out.
Want to be notified when a sold-out item is back? Let us know and we'll add you to the list.
Yes. All products come with a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, in addition to the statutory conformity rights you have as a consumer.
