Your right of withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period: you may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. On top of that, we offer an extended return window of up to 30 days after delivery.
Items eligible for return
All items sold on sentiogear.com are eligible for return under this policy. There are no non-returnable categories or exclusions. Items must be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email support@sentiogear.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions. Do not return your parcel without contacting us first.
- Ship the item back unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item; in that case we cover the return costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or you provide proof of shipment), we refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. In practice most refunds are completed within 5 to 10 business days.
No restocking fees: you receive the full purchase amount back, we do not charge any handling or restocking fees.
Faulty or incorrect items
Received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item? Email a photo to support@sentiogear.com within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Want a different color or another product instead of a refund? Email support@sentiogear.com within 30 days of delivery and let us know what you would like instead. We process an exchange as a return + new order: once your original item is on its way back to us, we send out the replacement. Any price difference is refunded or invoiced separately. The direct cost of the return shipment for a preference-based exchange is borne by you; if the exchange is because the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
