1Where is my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also enter your order number on our tracking page at any time.
We ship to Ireland. Processing takes 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery is 5-7 business days after that. Total estimate: approximately 6-10 business days from order to arrival. All orders are shipped with full tracking.
Orders placed before 15:00 CET (Amsterdam time) on business days are processed the same business day. Orders after this time, on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Free shipping on all orders to Ireland.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped. Tracking information can take up to 24-72 hours to be updated by the carrier, especially in the early stages.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after order confirmation, or if tracking is not updated after several days, use the contact form below with your order number. We will investigate the matter with the carrier on your behalf.
First check with neighbours, household members, your mailbox, entrance area, garage, and other secure places where the carrier may have left the package. Couriers occasionally deliver without leaving a notice.
If the package is still missing, use the contact form below with your order number. We will open a delivery investigation with the carrier, and if a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we send a replacement or issue a full refund.
2Shipping & delivery
We currently ship to Ireland. All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there are no additional import duties or customs fees.

Orders ship directly from our partner warehouse and include full tracking. Actual times may vary slightly depending on your address in Ireland.
Delivery times are given in business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and holidays are not included. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Use the contact form below as soon as possible after placing your order. We can change addresses on orders that have not yet been processed. Once a package is with the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.
3Returns & refunds
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period — you may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. On top of that, we offer an extended return window of up to 30 days after delivery.
All items on sentiogear.com are eligible for return — there are no non-returnable categories or exclusions. Items must be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Always contact us first. Send an email to support@sentiogear.com or use the contact form below with your order number and which item(s) you would like to return. Please do not return your parcel without contacting us first.
No restocking fees — you receive the full purchase amount back. We do not charge any handling or restocking fees.
1. Send a request. Email support@sentiogear.com or use the contact form below within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
2. Receive return instructions. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions. Do not ship your parcel before contacting us.
3. Pack and send. Send the item back unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. We recommend a tracked shipment.
4. Refund. Once we receive your return (or you provide proof of shipment), we refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days via the original payment method. In practice, most refunds are completed within 5-10 business days.
The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item — in that case we cover the return costs.
We do not charge any handling or restocking fees. You will receive the exact return address and instructions after you contact us.

- Your order number
- Description of the problem
- Clear pictures of the item and/or packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Yes. Email support@sentiogear.com within 30 days of delivery and let us know what you would like instead. We process an exchange as a return + new order: once your original item is on its way back to us, we send out the replacement. Any price difference is refunded or invoiced separately.
The direct cost of the return shipment for a preference-based exchange is borne by you. If the exchange is because the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
4Size & product
Each product page includes a dedicated size guide with measurements in centimetres. We recommend taking your own measurements with a tape measure and comparing them to the chart for the most accurate fit.
If you are between two sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, choose the larger size. For a more fitted look, choose the smaller size.
Materials are listed on each product page under Materials. We use a blend of technical and durable fabrics depending on the garment, built for movement, comfort and everyday performance.
Yes. All products come with a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, in addition to the statutory conformity rights you have as a consumer. If something goes wrong, email support@sentiogear.com with your order number and a photo.
Always check the care label on the garment first. As a general rule:
- Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours
- Do not use bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry to maintain shape
- Iron on low heat if necessary
5Payment
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and processed through secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal).
Yes. We never store your full card details on our servers. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). Our checkout uses 256-bit SSL encryption throughout.
If your payment was declined at checkout, the most common reasons are:
- Billing address does not match the address registered with your bank
- Daily payment limit reached
- The bank has flagged the transaction as suspicious (online stores are sometimes blocked by default)
